1.  Have the items you sell been worn?
Of course. The majority of our items are vintage and as such they will have been pre-loved by either us or other careful owners. This is one of the things that makes OLT a great place to pick up your latest bargain as most are not common place or generic items, due to our large range of vintage and unique pieces. You will rarely see these on anyone else. So if it's individuality you are after, look no further than Oooh, Love That...!
2.  Can I return items I have purchased from OLT?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer refunds, refunds or exchanges on items purchased. As OLT continues to grow this is something that we will look towards chaging. Details of all items can be obtained by contacting us in advance of placing your order. Please be sure to ask all questions relating to items you wish to purchase in advance. We wouldn't want to leave you disatisfied with your purchase so if there is a genuine problem with an item you have received from us, please remember that we are always contactable with regards to sorting out any purchasing issues.
3.  What are the shipping costs?
All items have shipping costs assigned which are in relation to the item type and weight. We can offer combined postage on all of our items. If you wish to purchase more than 2 items, please contact us via email in order to receive a bespoke quotation to save some money on the shipping.
All items are despatched via Royal Mail Signed For service. Any item costing over £35 will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and therefore the costs to ship these items will be higher, to ensure that they are adequately insured by Royal Mail.
4.  Do you ship Worldwide?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer woldwide shipping at this stage, but as OLT continues to grow this will certainly be something we will look into changing in the future.
5.  How do I pay for items?
The transaction process is simple and fast.  All you need to do is add your required item(s) to the shopping cart, select the shipping, update the cart and select checkout.  You will then go through to Paypal where you can complete your transaction using either Paypal or a credit/debit card. 
6.  How quick is delivery?
We aim to despatch your item within 48hrs of payment.  All being well, you should receive your item within 3-5 working days.  If you require faster delivery for a special occasion, please contact us and we'll see what options are available and send you a quotation. We also offer a gift wrapping service if you want to send your item as birthday, Valentines or Christmas present.
7.  How Do You Measure Items?
We use the image below as a guide to measure our items. Any items with measurements unlisted are available upon request.
